Return Policy

If an item needs to be returned please contact your sales representative first. Some situations can be resolved over the phone. Once it has been determined that you need to return an item, Virtue IT will issue an RMA number to be referenced on the package that is being returned.

All non-defective items to be returned will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Defective items will be replaced if possible or the entire sales amount of the product will be refunded. Defective items must be returned within 15 days of the original receipt of the items.

Freight costs associated with returned items will be determined at the time of the RMA number issued by your sales representative.

All exchange cores must be returned with the assigned RMA number within 15 days of the original receipt of the item.

Damage to products being returned, that occurred during shipment is the responsibility of the shipper.
